Wallet load transactions are non-refundable. Every transaction is confirmed multiple times with the customer before the money is debited from their account to prevent inadvertent transfers.
Customers are encouraged to be conscious and cautious during every payment transaction.
Where a customer has notreceived any charge (electricity), but the money has been deducted from theirwallet, or
Where a customer hasused the service, and more money is deducted from the wallet than is due as perthe applicable tariff
In both instances, customers can reach out to us at talkto@steam-a.com to initiate arefund request. Our customer service team will validate the session logs andeffect the refunds within 5 working days.
